We opened our doors in 2017 with the dream of making an impact in the industry and our local high street.


Winning multiple awards including Uxbridge salon of the year 2019 & 2020, Colourist of the year by Becky 2019 & 2020 and best team. Most recently winning LONDON Colour salon, Colourist and salon team 2021.

The team have also won competitions to be part of industry art teams such as British Fellowship Colour project, KMS Style Squad and Mark Leesons Art team.

Education is at the forefront of our company always updating our skills and knowledge.

Complaints policy

Our priority is for you to be in love with your hair, all of our stylists do their best to ensure this happens at every appointment. Although rare we do have a complaints policy in place.


We want you to be happy and feel comfortable to express any concerns please do so kindly and calmly.


Ideally tell your stylist at the time of the appointment that you are not happy, changes can be made and are normally very simple.


Should you leave the salon unhappy and have not said anything you have 7 days after your appointment to make us aware in which case we will get you back in and evaluate your hair asking some more questions to find a solution, you will then be given the options we have to correct your hair, We will offer you the stylist that you had your appointment with should you feel uncomfortable going back to them then another stylist maybe able to do this for you.


If you/ anyone else has touched your hair with scissors or colour since our appointment we will no longer offer a redo and you would need to pay for another appointment.


Depending on how reasonable we see your complaint you may be offered a partial or full refund.

Cancellations policy

We understand that things may change prior to your appointment, we do our best to never cancel appointments and wish the same from you.


If you do need to cancel you must give us 48 hours notice, cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment means you will incur a 50% fee. When booking online your details are held and it is taken automatically if you cancel, if booking through the salon you will be required to pay 50% off the appointment at time of booking or sent an invoice for the amount due.


This will be non refundable without the 48 hours notice

For weddings, extensions and colour correction to receive a cash refund of your deposit you must make us aware 7 days prior your need to cancel.
